What You’ll Need:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin purée, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
